WonderPush vs OneSignal Simple Comparison

I’m going to compare WonderPush vs OneSignal from the point of view of an ordinary user, not a techie who will overwhelm you with tons of technical terminologies.

What will I compare?

My goal is to quickly add the feature I need to the site and focus on the tasks that are more relevant to me. I don’t want to go through mountains of documentation, and I don’t care how it works from a technical point of view. So I compare what I’m really interested in and what is directly relevant to my needs.

WonderPush vs OneSignal Pricing

No messenger will go long distances for free. Message delivery has always been a paid service. There is the expense of transportation, the message’s integrity, and the precautions you must take to prevent it from being stolen or read. There is food as well as other expenses, and the messenger will eventually want to earn a profit. Therefore keep in mind that free services ALWAYS have a catch!

WonderPush vs OneSignal Setup

As an ordinary user, I want to be able to quickly add the push notification feature to my site without having to go through the documentation and get familiar with things I don’t need in my life.

Wonderpush Vs Onesignal Pricing Comparison

Quick setup, intuitive interface, no third-party API keys involved. Adding push notifications to your website with WonderPush is as easy as 1-2-3. You don’t need any coding skills, and the whole process for me took less than 10 minutes.

Wonderpush Vs Onesignal Price Comparison

The setup process is more complicated, and you will need to get an API key from a third-party provider(s). The interface is not as intuitive as that of WonderPush, and it will take you much longer to set up push notifications for your website.

My Verdict

As an ordinary user, I prefer WonderPush. Yes, OneSignal has a free plan. But €1 a month per 1000 subscribers is almost free. For €1 you can’t even buy a cup of coffee. And if you have 50000 subscribers but can’t monetize your content, it’s more like your problem, not the service provider’s fault.

Why do most reviewers prefer OneSignal even though their comparison clearly shows that WonderPush is a better service? In my opinion, it’s OneSignal’s partner program. Their partners have access to partner discounts and referral fees. WonderPush doesn’t have a partner program, they rely on their service quality.
